Top coat with #it effects - black irregular particles in it. Must have products of this season that can be combined multiple (please see photos above).
Flake top coat is an excellent shiny top coat without a sticky layer. You can dose the number of black spots (depending on whether you want a lot or just a few). The bottle should be shaken well before using the Flake top coat to distribute the flakes properly. It can also be combined with a Sugar Matt top coat (tiny regular black particles matt top coat) or just with a matt top coat to get a matte effect. The possibilities are limitless.
Drying time: only in komby UV / led lamps for at least 48 W for a full 2 minutes for a complete curing process.
