GOLDY - GLITTER TOP COAT - 5 ml
Shiny top coat with ultra-fine shimmering gold particles, without a sticky layer. Can be used on all systems (soak off, gel, acrylic). Depending on the color of the background - it gives different effects. Beautiful on nude builder gel as a shiny gloss for a gentle glitter effect, on a white background or on black for an intense shimmery effect.
