Milky top coat with extra fine silver glitter dust, without sticky layer. It can be used over any builder gel /acrygel/ gel polish to achieve that extra sparkly, sophisticated look, or as well as over babyboomer, ombre, cover builders ... it is up to you!
Drying time: komby uv/led lamp, 48 w - 120 sec
