Completely white powder for the pearl effect. It can be combined with different colors under and has the best effect on soft, nude bases, babyoomers, and covers.
Use:
Apply the top coat without sticky layer (for example Blitz), polymerize on max 30 sec in comby lamps, and rub the powder well with an applicator or gloves. "Polish" with a glove untill the surface is completely shiny and smooth. Brush off the excess product with a soft nail brush, and apply the top coat for a full two minutes, making sure to protect all the edges well.
