WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for All Purchases. Pickups are available at our store. In order to pick up your product(s) you would need to call us at 99490781 so we can arrange your an appointment
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping Only in Limassol or for orders over 100 euro(across all of Cyprus).
Expedited Shipping Fees

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 7 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
The customer must check the products she/he receives upon receipt, as with her/his signature upon receipt she/he confirms that she/he has correctly received the products of her/his order.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping. (ONLY IN CYPRUS)
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Order cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason if you wish, without any charge, after contacting us by phone (99490781) provided that it has not been invoiced/packaged and has not been delivered to the courier company from our headquarters.
Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be exchanged:
ā If the items is not in their original condition
ā All of the bottles that are not sealed (like gel polish)
